In-Home Tech Coach
Future OpportunityBe the calm, familiar person who helps older adults with their devices — right at their kitchen table, from setup to staying safe online.
What you’d do
- Patient one-on-one tech help in clients’ homes
- Set up phones, tablets and computers, and teach at the client’s pace
- Help clients recognise and avoid scams with confidence
- Leave a short written summary after every visit
What we’re looking for
- Genuine patience and warmth with older adults
- Comfort with iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and everyday apps
- Clear, jargon-free communication
- Your own reliable car and willingness to pass a background check
Social Media & Marketing (Freelance)
Future OpportunityTake content and local marketing off Matt’s plate — so he can focus on the personal contact and networking Bison is built on.
What you’d do
- Plan and create posts for Facebook (60+), Instagram (families) and LinkedIn (partners)
- Produce short, friendly educational reels and simple graphics in Canva
- Keep a steady, trust-building local presence — warm, never loud advertising
- Support flyers, car-wrap and print in Bison’s brand style
What we’re looking for
- Social-media and content experience, ideally for a warm, trustworthy brand
- Confident with Canva and short-form video
- Understands a 60+ audience and local, community-based marketing
- Freelance / self-employed, reliable and self-directed
Client Care Coordinator
Future OpportunityKeep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so every visit feels effortless for clients.
What you’d do
- Schedule visits and send friendly reminders
- Answer calls and emails warmly and quickly
- Keep client notes and the CRM tidy and up to date
- Follow up after visits to check everything still works
What we’re looking for
- A warm, reassuring phone and email manner
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Comfort with simple software (calendar, CRM, email)
- Care about older adults and small details
Workshop Facilitator
Future OpportunityLead small, friendly group sessions on staying safe online and using everyday technology with confidence.
What you’d do
- Run scam-safety and tech-basics workshops at senior communities
- Adapt the content to the room, always at a calm pace
- Encourage questions and answer them patiently
- Represent Bison warmly and professionally on site
What we’re looking for
- A confident, warm presenter comfortable with 60+ audiences
- Ability to explain technology in plain language
- Reliable, professional and punctual
- Willingness to travel to local communities
