Matt Warnberg, founder of Bison Digital Advisory

Hello, I’m Matt.

For about fifteen years I was a teacher, and for several years after that an IT consultant — most often helping people who felt that technology had started moving faster than anyone bothered to explain. I loved the teaching part most: the moment someone stops feeling afraid of a device and starts feeling in charge of it.

I founded Bison Digital Advisory to make that moment my whole job. I bring a little German thoroughness and a lot of patience to your kitchen table, and I treat every question with respect.

What we believe

Good technology help shouldn’t feel like a favour you have to apologise for. It should be calm, clear, and built around you — not around whatever the helper finds easiest. Three ideas guide everything we do:

Safe. Your security and privacy come first. We use only the access a task truly needs, explain each step, and never keep your passwords.
Simple. No jargon, no rushing. We explain things in plain language and leave you with notes you can keep.
Step-by-Step. We move at your pace and aim to leave you more independent after every visit — not more reliant on us.
